Before zeroing in on Nawah Boulevard, we walked through a good number of housing projects in Bhubaneswar. Something or the other was amiss in the other projects. What impressed us most were the spacious rooms and the balconies. The external architecture was impressive as well. We set up an appointment with Mr. Naresh and were immediately impressed with his attention to detail and the passion he showed while answering our questions and explaining relevant specifications. The payment process is also simple, transparent and timely. Eager and excited to see the complete project and move in.
